Job Description

With both strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, you thrive in challenging the status quo, driving innovative thinking, and providing superior leadership to staff, clients and IAT to develop and present successfully integrated marketing plans across all communication channels. While you are highly analytical, you have experience balancing data review against human insight.

You have developed research-based approaches to experiential design and can facilitate a larger group into cohesive, breakthrough approaches and concepts to consumer engagement. In the context of responding to incoming client briefs, crafting opportunistic pitches and carving out unique strategic positioning for consumer engagements you understand how to define the “why” and to start the creative process wheel-turning.  You have a track record and passion for understanding what it takes to make powerful connections with people, presenting a holistic story approach, and inspiring smart, creative thinking that leads to effective consumer engagements.

  • Learn the client, the client’s business, the competitive landscape and the audience dynamics; serve as the internal extension of the client
  • Foster big thinking by providing concise insights about how our client can fit into the lives of targeted consumers and craft the internal brief that distills this information
  • Lead independent and client-briefed strategic initiatives on key projects
  • Develop white papers and presentation deliverables
  • Leverage internal/external resources and your own human experiences to understand audience nuance
  • Be passionate about creativity and demonstrate an eagerness to inspire creative minds to elevate ideas
  • Broaden insights by providing collaboration and leadership across the agency
  • Inspire innovation through teamwork – partnering with creative, program architects and other account team remembers
  • Build rapport and network with people inside and outside the agency
  • Act upon opportunities, involving and influencing others in the accomplishment of organizational goals
  • Demonstrates crackerjack communication skills, including the ability to find the best approach to verbally & visually communicate an idea across team members, clients, and partner agencies


  • 8+ years of brand experiential agency experience
  • Experience in the automotive category is a plus, though the candidate may work on a variety of cutting-edge consumer lifestyle brands
  • Demonstrated strategy, brand design and creative collaboration in marketing and/or brand experiences
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with a team of strategists, creatives, account, production specialists and content developers
  • Proven ability to translate emerging trends and consumer behaviors into actionable insights
  • Ability to consistently react quickly and positively to changes required by clients and programs
  • Master of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Ability to travel approximately 10-15% of the year; travel varies based on candidate’s location and by program (may include weekends)
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, or related discipline
