AssemblyAI is growing quickly, and we’re searching for a talentedaccount-based marketer to define and deliver high-impact ABM programs thatcreate new pipeline opportunities in our target accounts and accelerateopportunities already in progress.

Create the foundation for Assembly AI’s targeted go-to-marketstrategy by defining the TAM and continuously optimizing the top target accountlist
Manage the execution of pipeline generating ABM campaigns(including copywriting, design approvals, target list creation &validation, campaign progress & tracking)
Partner with Sales to build 1:1, 1: few, 1: manyadoption/engagement/activation account plans for our top Strategic Customerswho are in renewal and/or upsell conversations
Work closely with our AE & SDR teams to create alignment ontop target accounts for ABM campaigns while deeply understanding our targetpersonas
Develop persona, and account-focused playbooks that includeoutbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, nurture, channel activities,live/virtual events, webinars, and more to drive account engagement
Identify the most effective marketing messages, valuepropositions, materials, channels, and calls to action by persona, industry,and key accounts
Evaluate campaign performance and make recommendations of how toimprove & iterate for future campaigns
Create content across events, case studies, and testimonials
5+ years of B2B Demand Generation experience including planning,execution, and measurement/reporting
Experience working directly with Sales teams and being held topipeline performance numbers
Bias towards action and rolling up your sleeves to tacticallyexecute before outsourcing
Experience developing predictable models of revenue andperformance metrics while developing regular reporting cadences for executivesand cross-functional partners
Experience with multi-touch attribution reporting, with alignmentto key ABM accounts
Experience with developers and the ML community is a plus
A data-driven approach to Omni-channel and strategic account-basedstrategy
Self-motivated with the proven ability to excel in ahigh-performance culture
Power user of CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
Power user of Marketing Automation software (Customer.iopreferred)
Power use of ABM software (Marketing OS preferred)
