Working primarilywithin the Oracle Fusion platform, the Business Systems Analyst serves as asenior, internal consultant and advisor between the business stakeholders andtechnology group for Order to Fulfillment Support. In this role, you will plan,conduct and direct the analysis of complex, company-wide, business problemsrelating to Oracle ERP systems. You will provide strategic and technicalguidance to identify, evaluate and develop systems and automatedprocesses.
Applying knowledge ofindustry trends and technology to drive organizational change, you willtransform strategic company architecture and design principles into specificsystems requirements and specifications. You will resolve issues and providesolutions that meet business requirements and are cost effective. You willprepare specifications for system changes, recommends and initiate systemstesting, and re-engineer technical processes and systems for greaterefficiencies with positive impact to business operations.
Primary Oracle Fusion platform andimplementation analyst for MRP Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Planning,Transfer Orders, and integrations across and third-party systems.
Primary functional support for ancillaryapplications that interface with the Oracle ERP application.
Leverage experience with Business Analysis,Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge and Solution Design toprovide solution design, business process mapping and best practice recommendationsto business stakeholders.
Serve as a liaison between technology andbusiness end-user, providing day-to-day support while leading initiatives totransform the business.
Work with O2C/MRP business stakeholders andother cross-functional business partners to prioritize process transformationinitiatives and support architectural assessments/project scopingexercise.
Continuously streamline Warehouse, plannedorder, work and purchase order processes,
Guide business stakeholders in maintainingItem master attributes.
Document business requirements, recommendingbusiness priorities and advising the business on options, risks, and costsversus benefits of various solutions.
Triage incidents/problems with Inventory andShipping systems, and Order Management as they arise, and either manage ordirectly perform enhancements/fixes to provide resolution satisfactory to keybusiness partners.
Provide direction and leadership in promotingand implementing best practice solutions for both business process andtechnology.
Create & identify ways to improve orderprocess, inventory processing, planning process, shipping strategies andthird-party integrations.
Manage execution of complete Order to cash andPlanning modules in line with global business process and theirchanges.
Serve as technology and process expert inOracle MRP modules
5 + years of relevant experience a businesssystems analyst position focused on materials planning.
BA/BS in business or engineering, preferred
Knowledge of high-level processes related toFinancials, Procurement, Manufacturing, Order Management, WIP, Purchasing,Inventory and Shipping
Demonstrated experience with material flow,material planning, demand/supply, oracle MRP sourcing rules, planning, andscheduling setups along with forecasting, forecast consumptions, and Masterproduction schedules.
Functional experience in Inventory Planning,Depot Repair process, Transfer Orders.
Excellent knowledge and experience in OracleOrder Management Integration with third party Order Entry applications.
Ability to identify the gaps in standardOracle and propose simple and effective solutions with minimal customizations,while adapting to customized in-house ERP solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communicationskills
Ability to collaborate positivelyinternally and externally, including with international partners.
Demonstrated experience working withcloud-based Retail ERP and business processes.
Experience with retail point of sale systems,preferred.
Ability to think critically and adapt quicklyin a flexible environment
Attention to detail and analyticalmindset.
